Drive all internal communications for company across IAP, manufacturing operations, business partners and joint
ventures (JVs).
· Formulate, develop and implement integrated internal communication plan for company in the IAP region to help meet
key company goals and objectives.
· Align internal and executive messaging with the company’s vision, mission, and product positioning
· Work cross-functionally across teams in close partnership with HR, marketing, product, and regional leadership to
execute internal communication initiatives from concept to delivery.
· Develop company Plant communications activities including strategy and development of speeches and presentations.
· Support CSR initiatives in the region
· Lead the creation of employee communications assets: Develop and author a variety of internal and executive
communications including presentations, announcements, blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels. 
Lead the preparation and execution of regional town hall meetings involving IAP leadership and other company stakeholders. 
Support the development of messaging and programs through agenda, speaker selection and logistics. 
Maintain the internal and executive calendar (blogs, newsletters etc), research and develop stories, create videos, and ideate a vision of a pan-region intranet. · Monitor employee engagement effectiveness through employee monitoring such as surveys, as well as internal communication-related KPIs setting.
