Roles & Responsibilities:
1. SW Systems engineering
2. Version control management for HW & SW
3. Conduct Logical analysis of architecture
4. Conduct Functional and technical design review
5. Conduct failure mode & effect analysis on connected features
6. Conduct UX review and arrive on the UX for connected features with the stake holders
7. Manage IP & FTOs
8. Skilled in converting customer requirements to use case, UML and state machine diagrams
9. Skilled in embedded application development & deployment
10. Experience in development of connected features (BLE, WiFi, GSM), Voice and Maps
11. Experience in debugging wireless communications like BLE, WiFi, Mesh network
12. Experience in communication protocols (CAN, UART, UDS, SPI, TCP/IP, UDP)
13. Experience in design and development of SW components
14. Experience in design and development of HW circuits
15. Build, revise & track technology roadmaps at domain level
16. Define design guidelines
17. Feature ownership & on-time delivery
18. Conduct frequent reviews with stakeholders on selection of features
19. Responsible for development of SW libraries for all business logics
20. Responsible for PoC development for all new connected technology concepts across Android, iOS & linux platforms
21. Experience in design, development and deployment of audio applications, DSP concepts
22. Experience in development of sound processing algorithms & deployment in target controllers/ processors
23. Knowledge on homologation standards for HMI and Automotive electronics
Functional Competencies:
Educational Qualification: B.Tech (ECE, EEE, Computer Science) with 3.5+years of experience in the design and development of connected products in automotive
or
M.S specialization in embedded systems, wireless communications, Human Machine Interface, and Computer science with >1 year of relevant experience
