Purpose of the role:
Design of engine layout and subsystems parts including transmission housing, bearings, gears and cooling system
Role Description:
Hands on experience in engine component /subsystem part design or Casting die design
Hands on experience on parts design calculation and Mathcad for parts and subsystem design
Ability to work on Creo 3D Model, FEA , Z tolerance & Interface check
Hands on experience in DFMEA, DFM,DFA and DFX tools
Hands on experience on casting / plastic parts manufacturing process
Identify and use suitable materials and measurement techniques for part functions
Maintain documentation and records on the products and write detailed reports
