Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable:Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Generate and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
- General Ledger Management:Assist in the preparation of journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Financial Reporting:

- Provide support for audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.

Qualifications:
